General Pest ControlService 1 - Cockroaches & silverfish We regard this as one complete treatment & find the best way to treat them effectively is to treat:
In general circumstances kitchen cupboards no longer require emptying as we can now treat your cupboards with cockroach gel. This gel is placed in inconspicuous places & acts as a food source. This is a different method of treatment to the conventional way that you may have been used to in the past, but it is still very effective. If you still wish to empty your kitchen cupboards, then we are more than happy to treat inside them for you, although everything must be removed prior to treatment.
Service 2 - Ants (including black ants) Ants, in particular black ants are mainly found:
Ants can gain entry into your property via:
An ant treatment is mainly conducted:
But if you are having problems internally, then they can be resolved by treating inside the property, for example:
Service 3 - Spiders (including redbacks) Redback spiders cause havoc during the summer months in particular, although they do breed all year round and so a preventative treatment is your best course of action. Our spider treatment entails spraying:
We also offer and find that treating the roof void for spiders compliments an exterior treatment and is quite effective in the prevention of future spider infestation. Treating spiders in the roof void will help prevent those nasty little creatures from breeding and dropping down through your downlights, into your rooms below. We recommend you walk around the exterior of your premises 2wks after we have sprayed for spiders and squash any white egg sacks that are still in view, as this will stop the babies from hatching and a reinfestation from occurring.
Service 4 - Fleas & carpet moths/beetles Prior to treatment we require all floor areas to be:
Preferably do not vacuum or mop for at least 2-3 weeks after completion.
We also recommend that all animals be treated for fleas at approximately the same time as the fleat treatment is carried out and that all grass areas be kept as short as possible.
Service 5 - Rats and mice We are able to offer you both:
If your problem is only of a small scale, then we suggest a one off visit / placement of rodent baits which from our experience appears to be quite sufficient. But if your problem is of a larger scale, then we would recommend a rodent programme be carried out, which involves the initial placement of rodent bait stations followed by 2 return visits.
Service 6 - Wasps and bees Wasps and bees are best treated late afternoon or early morning, as they are not so aggressive at that time of the day and you will achieve a better success rate.
